Pale amber brandy with russet lights, brilliant and clear.

The nose has particular toasted notes, then sensations of fresh fruit and plums appear.

The attack on the mouth is bold and very lively. There is a powerful sensation of alcohol, tannins are definitely present, and perhaps lack a little roundness.

The retro-olfaction remains intensely plum, with some notes of toast and spice, with a liquorice finish.

The brandy coats the palate well, with a long finish in the mouth, and gives a sensation of freshness.

Match it with a clove-scented cake, with its elusive fruit sweetness.
